1. Cancellation with Advance Notice
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.

3. Reservation Changes
Any changes to the reservation, including the date, time, itinerary, or other details, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Last-minute modifications may also be subject to extra fees.

4. Cancellation by Swiss Magic Tours
In the unlikely event that Swiss Magic Tours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered either a full refund or an equivalent alternative tour, as mutually agreed.

5. Special Conditions
Certain tours or packages may be subject to specific cancellation or modification policies. These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

6. Refund Policy
Once a cancellation request has been approved, refunds will be processed within 15 to 45 business days. The refund request must be formally submitted via email or WhatsApp.

Punctuality Policy

To ensure the smooth operation of our services, all guests are expected to be ready at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time.

• A 15-minute grace period will be granted for late arrivals.
• After 15 minutes, additional waiting charges may apply, depending on the length of the delay and its impact on our operations.
• If the delay exceeds 45 minutes without any prior communication with our team, the reservation will be considered a No-Show. In this case, the tour or transfer will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
