An amazing day in Lucerne and Mt Titlis
We had an AMAZING day yesterday going up Mt Titlis! The scenery was soooo beautiful! We then toured Lucerne and even got to listen to an impromptu Swiss horn concert near the Chapel Bridge! The day was even better than we thought it would be due to our fantastic tour guide Carlos!!!! We would go on his tours any time!!!!! He was fun and knew all the hidden gems of each destination (such as the best fondue hot chocolate anywhere)!!!!!

Experience perfect. Guide caring with older tourist.
Our tour was a tour of a lifetime. Clear day and perfect experience. Our group was 2 80 year olds and 2 people in their 70s. Our guide, Marcelo, made the tour work for us. It was very slippery at the top of the mountain so he held our hands and guided us to the edge of the mountain to see the views. Without him we wouldn't have ventured out to the top of see the views. Always felt safe with him. Thanks Marcelo! An experienced guide knows where to go so you save time, reduce stress and see things you wouldn't see on your own. Having a private tour is worth the expense so the tour meets your specific needs and isn't a group experience. In this situation we wouldn't have experienced the beauty of the mountain without our guide.

Lindt and fun in Zurich!
Had the best time! My guide was very friendly and organised, and considering I only booked it 2 days beforehand, I was very impressed! Thank you so much!

Mt. Titlis/Lucerne Tour
This is our second private tour with “Swiss Magic Tours” company and once again, it did not disappoint! We were fortunate to have David as our tour guide again. He is wonderful at his job! He makes sure you go home with many photos of your tour to reminisce for years to come (I know his fingers were freezing since he was the only one out of gloves taking photos. So sweet!). We have been in Switzerland for 8 days now, leaving tomorrow, and the weather hasn’t been cooperating. It’s been overcast and rainy each day, yet, we have still managed to enjoy our stay in beautiful Switzerland. Much of this we credit to the detail and attention given to us by our wonderful Swiss Magic tours! Be sure to give this company a shot if in Switzerland, regardless of the weather, they will make the beauty of Switzerland shine through!

Top of Europe/Lauterbrunnen Private Day Trip
Excellent private tour! I cannot say enough about our tour guide, David, who went out of his way to assure we had an awesome day despite the weather conditions not being perfect (cold, rainy and snowy day). We felt very relaxed, un-rushed and David took so many wonderful pictures and videos of us. He just volunteered to do so at every stop and that is not typical of any tour we have been on, ever. We admired all of our pictures on our way back and we were so very grateful for this! Everything on this tour was as it is advertised and much more. We were even offered a glass of red and white wine in addition to our advertised snacks and water. The vehicle was a luxury van and very comfortable. We are hoping to book at least one more trip with this same company (and hopefully, David!) before we leave again. Thank you, Swiss Magic Tours!

Enjoyable and relaxed
David from Swiss Magic Tour was great. He accommodated to requests and does ensure his guests are well. The trip to Jungfrajoch was enjoyable without any hipcups. Thanx again David for a great day out...cheers
