1. Cancellation with Advance Notice:
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the tour date will be fully refunded.

2. Late Cancellation:
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the tour date will not be refunded.

3. Reservation Modifications:
– Changes to the date or itinerary of the reservation may be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations by the Company:
– In the unlikely event of cancellation by Swiss Magic Tours due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or equivalent alternative tours as agreed with the customer.

5. Special Conditions:
– Special conditions may apply to certain tours or packages, as specified in the product description. These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Additionally, please note that there will be a 45-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this period, the client will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund, forfeiting the tour or transfer. This policy aims to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.
